“ADAMUS” Jerzy Adamus, Agata i Rafał Dobija Manufacturing Company is operated as a family business with many years of tradition (first manufacturing operations dating back to the 1970’s).

In the initial operating phase, ADAMUS cooperated mainly with the building market (manufacturing steel structures, pipeline fittings, mining damage protecting element) and production of central heating boilers fired with solid fuel as the core business for many years.

Fast delivery.

Fast shipments of ordered goods to the customers are included in the main priorities of ADAMUS. Maintaining optimum stock levels usually allows for the realization of orders within 24 hours.

Market position.

ADAMUS products and fast deliveries are valued by more than 400 users of heads in the country, as well as many foreign countries.

Our products are exported to Eastern European countries (mainly to Belarus) and the accession of Poland to the European Union made the logistic contacts with companies from Belgium, Germany, Austria, Czech Republic and Slovakia easier.

PLANT MANUFACTURING PROFILE

Our main products are: steel heads manufactured in accordance with PN and DIN standards, redrawing, die shearing and plasma cutting.

Materials:

    * carbon and stainless steel: S235JRG2, S355J2G3, P265GH, 1.4301, 1.4541, 1.4404, 1.4571 and other types of materials (only certified materials are used)
    * head diameter range: max. 1400, according to the enclosure
    * order processing time: most heads are kept in stock; processing time in case of drawing operations required – approx. 7 - 10 days

The quality of our products is confirmed with the following certificates:

    Approval of the Office of Technical Inspection (UDT) covering production of pressurized equipment components with:

    * approval of the press forming technology,
    * approval of heat treatment technology
      and:
    * Certificate of compliance with PN-EN ISO 9001:2001 (No. CSJ/139/2004),
    * Certificate of compliance of our quality management system with the requirements of 97/23/EC Directive (No. CSJ/139/WM/PED/2004).

In response to the needs of our customers, we are continuously developing the range of offered products, in particular heads compliant with DIN 28 011 and DIN 28 013.
