With the extensive development and gradual increase of the share of metal plastic press forming in the manufacturing process, the company was able to specialize in metal stamping, pressing and shearing already in the 1980’s. Continuous testing of plasticity-related parameters of metals, developing various pressing technologies (particularly deep drawing and hydroforming) and tracking the latest manufacturing methods allows ADAMUS to vary the finishing of supplied elements. Contact with customers on a daily basis and regular reviews of their needs related to the technology and design allows for the production of customized components, e.g. pipe necks (threaded or other) pressed directly on the head section or piercing of mounting holes. Using its internal physical testing laboratory, the company can control and analyze the mechanical parameters of steel after every plastic forming operation. Introduction of the new, modern, computer-controlled station for plasma cutting allows for the provision of services related to cutting steel elements with particularly large size (using 2000x6000 steel sheets is possible).
